I will start with a picture of my husband who is much more flexible than me. Sickening, I know.
To reach goal number one, I have to meet goals 2 and 3.
Ok, so I started out better today, by having a protein bar instead of 2 biscuits. For lunch, I had a subway tuna sandwich, but I had to have mayo (or thought I did), so I skipped the chips. That's a start on goal number 2.
To fulfill today's part of goal number 3, I worked out, with Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, 30 minutes. And that was after a full day of work.
Not bad if I say so myself.
