Happy Eating!!
This is a recipe I had saved on my computer, so must have been good :) I chose it because of it's ingredients - only 4! I'm all for easy and quick and of course the better it is, the less will be left for me to eat.
I do not have a picture of an "Apple Something" or of an Apple, although I did find some pretty nice ones online, but due to copyright issues I thought I'd just skip it.
Maybe I'll go take a picture of an apple later, but until then, you can join in the blog hop and add your recipe by clicking here at McLinky Recipes

In mixing bowl combine:

2 C Powdered Sugar sifted
Add the powdered sugar to the creamed butter/cream cheese to form a thick icing. Spread over the top of the warm biscuit mixture and serve.

Hi Kim,
Thanks so much for your comment on my recipe :). It is a firm favourite in South Africa and definitely falls under the banner of comfort food.
As to the chutney, I am not sure how to answer - chutney is used so widely here that we buy it in large bottles... but you said, "something easy" which leads me to believe that you would need to make it?
I would use a purely fruit based chutney so that that flavour compliments the bobotie and does not overpower it.
If you need a quick and easy recipe for chutney please come and let me know on my blog and I will source one for you!
Happy blogging!
Kerren
