Breakfast - biscuits with butter and syrup. Doesn't get more high carb than that! Lunch was better- canned soup, only 220 calories. Plus some pringles and cookies (100 cal packs). Dinner- didn't care, hubby brought home baked chicken dinner from kfc. Could be worse I guess. No workout today but I took the stair several times, does that count? I worked till 8, stressful day. Ok no more excuses so I'll just go to bed:)
